We had a wonderful stay at Brenaissance. Would definitley recommend it.

Pros: The hotel is really pretty in a wonderful setting. Close to Stellenbosch with a choice of many lovely restaurants. Our room was comfortable and the breakfast very nice. The pool area is beautiful.

Cons: Communication - none of the 4 numbers on the reception door connected. We had to wait quite a while for someone to check us and another 2 couples in. The number for the nightwatchman is only a WA number, which was not told to us, so we could not get in after a late wedding. Eventually after much hooting and whistling we finally alerted him to let us in.

A peaceful and relaxing stay

Pros: The estate was beautiful and the location was perfect for exploring all the Wineries. The staff were very friendly and helpful, however, more information could have been given about the facilities onsite upon arrival. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and it was peaceful and very relaxing. The pool was very welcome to cool down in after a hot day in the sun.

Cons: Just some suggestions.......I felt the breakfast could have had a better offering, it was very busy on our first morning and it was chaotic. Maybe a large buffet style option, with yoghurt, fruit salad, a selection of hams and cheeses, bread rolls and croissants would take away some of the pressure from the kitchen and wait times when it's busy. Then a hot breakfast option from the menu if required. The crumpets were not edible and the mince for breakfast was a very odd option which I tried but it was very sweet. It would be good to have a coffee cafetiere available as we were only offered one cup of coffee on arrival at breakfast or even a coffee machine so you could help yourself. The apartment could do with larger cups for tea as there was only small espresso cups available. A table for putting your toiletries on would be a welcome addition to the large bathroom along with more hooks to hang towels and robes. Lastly, a luggage porter service would be very helpful and welcome considering the walk from the car park to some of the apartments. It would be great to have a small deli/snack bar onsite for evening drinks and snacks.

Lovely

Pros: Our stay at Braneissance Hotel was simply perfect. The setting is incredibly green, calm, and quiet — surrounded by beautiful nature and animals that make you feel completely at peace. We enjoyed every moment, both during the day and at night. The evenings were especially magical, watching owls and listening to frogs giving their little concerts in the ponds. The staff is truly amazing — no matter what your problem or request is, they help with genuine pleasure and kindness. Their warmth makes the experience even more special. We felt relaxed, welcomed, and deeply connected to nature. We will definitely return!

Cons: Everything Was great

Pros: Super restful and relaxing accommodation, bed, so so comfortable with plenty of room than you would normally have at a resort. Swimming pool (cold for 1 second) but once fully in, gorgeous with sun loungers around 3 sides. No diving or ducking others (no life guards). Would come again, 100% yes.

Cons: Our two night stay was too short.

A little escape to Heaven and the Plums there are just too nice 😋

Pros: The place is beautiful and lush green surrounds you it’s breathtaking , From reception you are welcomed with smiles and we were given a little tour of the place . We were not from the area they made the best recommendation for our anniversary dinner and reserved the place for us . The church! We could Renew our vows there. Every side you turn to is picture perfect . We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the future
