A stunning hotel with phenomenal views and service

Pros: Rooms exquisite Service amazing. Location perfect opposite gorgeous coastal path for great walks Breakfast plentiful and buffet or hot breakfast Each and every staff member a delight Rooms stunning and well stocked

Cons: Not much Can’t fault the hotel. They bend over backwards to help you. It’s not cheap to stay here but worth it.

Great visit from beginning to end. Warm welcome,delicious food and very relaxing end to our stay in South Africa.

Pros: Love the location , comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. The general manager was particularly helpful and speedily sorted out one or two issues.

Quietly classy in a lovely old school way.

Pros: After several stays in undersized rooms, it was a pleasure to spend 2 nights here. Fabulous location and breakfast. We ate out for the two nights of our stay.

Cons: No lift (OK - it was only two floors) could be tricky for the grey warriors.

Pros: The Marine is a luxury experience. Wonderfully situated on the Hermanus cliff with views across the bay, easy access to the town, or stroll the cliff path. Heated swimming pool if you want to laze by the pool, breakfast was generous and high quality.

My fantastic stay, which was extremely relaxing.

Pros: The Marine Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were attentive polite and without exception every single member of the team you came across said good day and always with a smile. The property is exceptionally well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect right by the water and many restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

All was superb just the evening cuisine let you down.

Cons: The breakfast each morning offered lots of healthy choices. Unfortunately evening menu limited and felt uninspiring. We love fish but considered it over cooked so didn’t order it again.
