Pros: Excellent in every respect. Great location, secure parking. Breakfast provided a good range of options and hospitality teams were warm and welcoming and very helpful too. Will definitely return on our next trip.

Lovely little get away

Pros: The hotel location is perfect. It is in the centre and yet not loud. I booked for a room with sea view, it was very nice. Hermanus is charming town with lovely restaurants and shops.

Cons: Overal stay was lovely, however I was surprised when one of the waitress at the first breakfast called after me and wanted tip.

Excellent service from friendly helpful staff

Pros: Staff all friendly. This was a last minute booking and our room was fabulous. Great sea views and perfect balcony. Afternoon tea and scones served by the pool . All free.

Comfortable stay close to restaurants and beach front

Pros: Location was good, we stayed in a different building not on the beach front Big room with a lounge area and kitchen

Cons: Reception needs a bit of a re-do and upgrade as well as breakfast area - roof is leaking - was raining a lot

Pleasant stay and a great position.

Pros: The position is excellent and the underground parking was useful.

Cons: No lounge area to relax in - the weather meant we often couldn’t sit outside - and no comfy chairs in our room. Good selection for breakfast but buffet area got very crowded.

Comfortable base to explore the winelands. Central to great restaurants (Fishermans Cottage etc.)

Pros: Managed to breakfast outdoors overlooking the sea even though we had a cold spot in th eweather. Quiet and calming hotel. Great staff.

Cons: Room has USB 2.0 charging points in sockets...we are all now on USB-C so could be upgraded when next refurbed.

Wonderful location

Pros: Wonderful location. Easy walk to cliff path walk, shops and restaurants. Lovely pool area with comfy sun loungers. Complimentary afternoon tea. Nice breakfast with outside tables overlooking the pool and the sea (weather permitting!) We were in The Square. Lounge, kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. Very spacious. Nice view of the sea.

Cons: Couldn't sleep in my room, there were no curtains just venetian blinds which let too much light in.
