Pros: Marion is always helpful. Always willing to accommodate. Staff is always top notch! Always a treat to stay there or arrange something there.

Not much to complain about but will still be using the facility as the staff are extremely kind and

Pros: Friendly staff from the housekeepers to the receptionist. They try by all means to make guests comfortable.

Cons: Housekeeping needs to be improved. Broken beds and old furniture not to be stored in sight of guests. Also fumigation is recommended as there were roaches in the apartment.

Pros: The staff were friendly, accommodating and so helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. All rooms equipped with necessities that made my stay so comfortable. No need carry hairdryer, or iron as rooms have them along with an ironing board. Beautiful scenic environment, with lovely landscaping.

Great hotel, great night manager and staff!

Pros: On arrival the night manager on duty welcomed us with a smile and made us feel at home. The suite was clean, beautifully decorated with complimentary refreshments. The cleaning staff cleaned the suite daily. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in in over four decades.
