New National Hotel and Conference

My stay was good and the staff are friendly and caring.

Pros: Security showed concern by informing us about the car window that was open during the night

Cons: The room size was a little smaller than what we expected. There were no rooms on the ground floor.

It was a lovely stay

Pros: The room was nice and clean. Only stayed one night. Can't rate breakfast and staff, did not interact with any staff.

Cons: The parking..It feels a bit unsafe, to park so infront of the hotel, with the gates open

Pros: Check in available at all the hours, size of the room and kettle&tea service available as standard in the room

Good for an overnight at the airport.

Pros: Fairly close to the Airport. Food delivery. Comfortable bed

Cons: Be careful we tried to organise airport collection however no one replied so we organised ourself. We did manage the return but we had to leave at 5 instead 6.30 but atleast we got it and our driver was very good. No food was available in the hotel for us so we organised uber eats locally.

Pros: What a nice place, convenient stay over from airport.

Cons: Note that it’s not in main tourist areas, can be used as base from which to travel out and explore the Cape peninsula. Alternatively a short stay on the way somewhere

Mixed feelings but it was not unpleasant

Pros: Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly Was told I was upgraded to executive suite(I think they tell everyone that judging from comments ) Received a complimentary cappuccino which was a nice touch Rooms were clean , wifi was reliable and there was daily servicing of room Sushi restaurant nearby was very nice

Cons: Massive cockroach in the bathroom (put me off) There’s no bar fridges in rooms I would still book it again though just on value for money and hospitality of staff

Pros: What a great experience Rebecca was awesome she made me feel so special she walk me to my room and showed me the experience I wanted to have also made sure my vechile was save with my trailer the night shift manager made me also feel very special he look out for my safety he will know how he is just ask him about the giuy with the bakkie. Thank you rebacca and the night shift manager you guys are awesome...

Pros: Centrally located,not too far from airport. Easy access to malls and shops.

It was good very nice bfast

Pros: I feel they are not expensive good value for money.

Cons: We had only one room card. Was not allowed to have more then one. Checkout at 10h is to early.
