Pros: Delicious breakfast served with a smile. Spacious accommodation beautifully decorated with everything one would need. Quiet, idyllic setting with a very homely feel. Complimentary bottle of Delicious wine to top it all off!

Home away from home!

Pros: From the moment we arrived, everyone was very welcoming, it feels like being at home, but with so much comfort, peace and quiet and a beautiful scenery. They make incredible wines as well!

A wonderful private, relaxing stay in a beautiful setting with exceptional service.

Pros: The property was close to Stellenbosch, private with only 2 bedrooms with their own lounge and large verandah. Beautiful setting and exceptional service. Beautiful breakfast served on your private verandah and the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Cons: I couldn’t find any fault of any kind

Pros: Property is beautiful and is about 10 minutes away from Stellenbosch city by car. The villa itself is a very good size and the amenities inside are modern! With the low amount of rooms, it is like you have a private pool alongside the villa too. Some great touches are included in the stay like a generous complimentary wine tasting, a wonderful breakfast with good choice and a bottle of wine made on site. We also paid extra for a massage on property during our stay, having an outdoor massage was perfect and very relaxing. The staff were all amazing, room was spotless with a turn down service every night, the property owners were friendly and introduced themselves to us. Want to give a special shout-out to Charl as well who is a master in hospitality and was available on WhatsApp for any questions and asks! Would 100% recommend!

Fabulous stay in a beautiful place.

Pros: Beautiful setting, gorgeous accommodation, really well appointed. Lovely communal space and decor. Delicious food and wonderful service from Charl and the ladies. We also had a super wine tasting session from Charl which was very informative. Would absolutely recommend this fabulous place!!

We would return to enjoy the place, people and location again.

Pros: A beautiful setting and lovely grounds. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they ensured we had a fantastic time. The wines were lovely and there are many more wineries in very close proximity. We made use of the garden to unwind after a long days wine tasting...all in all a fantastic experience.

Cons: The shower pressure lets down a beautifully appointed bathroom.

A little slice of heaven just outside of Stellenbosch!

Pros: We adored our honeymoon stay at Deux Freres and only wish we could have stayed longer! From the smooth and easy check in experience with Charl who was super welcoming, complete with a glass of wine from their vineyard, to the stunning and spacious grounds including a pool, huge and gorgeously decorated bedroom suite (only one of two on the property, which we loved!) where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning in our own private conservatory, and last but by no means least the three friendly dogs, we couldn’t fault a thing! We hope to return in the future and recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful and bespoke stay in the Stellenbosch area.

Great place to stay for Couples. Great Wine!

Pros: The breakfasts were server on the patio which is a nice touch. The choices are also great, however the one morning we ordered tea and that was not provided, and the croissants were also over baked and bone dry. For the rest it is on par with many upmarket hotels. The complimentary bottle of wine is also a nice touch.

Cons: They do indicate that dinners can be provided, but on check-in they did not sound too keen. Luckily Stellenbosch not too far away
