The stay was wonderful both on a business and pleasure not

Pros: Great location and how central the place is to everything

Cons: The couch and occasional chairs need to be replaced

Stunning view, great facilities - fabulous mid-week getaway!

Pros: Location and facilities were great - free underground parking, the apartment was tidy, and spacious! We also enjoyed the pool and hottub which we had all to ourselves for an entire afternoon.

Cons: We had a geat stay so nothing to complain about.

Pros: The location, the apartment was comfortable and very clean. The host Gail was super and very helpful. Will defiantly rebook here again.

I went for my 21st birthday. It was very enjoyable. We had friends over until late which was amazing. I loved the overal

Pros: I liked that it had a GIGANTIC heater, which was much needed for the winter time and a fan that cooled us off. Security even came to visit us and had a good time altogether

Cons: They didnt wanna provide extra toilet paper when i requested, i had to buy my own. The washing machine stuck everytime i tried opening it to take a load out. The shower was SO SO unpleasant. The sparying was way too hard and (ik this will be too much info) but it caught my nipple and its swollen now. Would suggest they change shower heads for a more enjoyable shower

Pros: The location was great! Very close proximity to the mall, and incredibly safe.

Cons: The pillows were not comfortable at all. The water pressure in the bathrooms could be improved.

Good stay unfair charges

Pros: We enjoyed the views,the pools and just the ability to relax. We stayed here before and previously loved it and re-booked it again but after our second stay there's alot to consider before booking it. This was our honeymoon get away

Cons: This was our honeymoon get away and there was nothing special done even though the host knew about it. We also had to wait almost 30 mins to check in after we were there on time, and when we had to check out the host made sure we check out on time no later. What we didn't like was that we were held responsible for a cigarette bud that was thrown into the bin and was charged a R500 for damages but there were non, the lifts are the worst as we had to walk up and down 6 flight of stairs with our bags because the lifts were not working, to top it off on the day off arrival the host told us that we need to pay a R1000 refundable damage fee which was not a problem but a little head up when booking the place would've been nice. So make sure you know that. No damage or broken items but yet we were penalized R500 for this cigarettes bud which we picked up and they found in the dirt bin.

Amazing, fantastic,out of this world

Pros: We booked self catering service,but the apartment was well equipped...fridge to stock our food, microwave etc ..top notch/ VIP treatment. Beautiful kitchen, amazing furniture and a beautiful view. The bedroom was to die for.... tranquility. We did get to the pool or sauna by choice,as we needed time for photo shoot and shopping. We so wish we could stay longer next time or even one night,to run away from work/ life pressures....we came back rejuvenated, glowing and super happy and we bonded as well...no more muscle knots ....we will book soon

Cons: I liked that I did not have to connect with people just got a little confused as to which code I should enter to open the door but the host was amazing and helped. The railing of curtain by sliding door I found skew just as a FYI. There was no kitchen cloth to wipe down the counter and tables. I would have loved to wipe after I used kitchen.
