Pros: The apartment truly delivered a VVIP experience, featuring high-end technology and smart systems throughout—from the washing machine and refrigerator to the smart bathroom mirror. The cleanliness was exceptional; the bed sheets were changed and the apartment was cleaned daily by the staff, which was amazing. The facilities were breathtaking and offered a truly luxurious experience. I would definitely stay here again—overall, the experience was a solid 10/10.

Cons: The lounge could benefit from additional seating, such as couches or a larger sofa. My partner and I enjoy binge-watching movies and series, but it was a bit uncomfortable as the living room did not really allow for proper lounging, especially since it was the only area with a TV. I also expected a bathtub, but on arrival we noticed there wasn’t one. Additionally, the number of towels provided was limited, which was inconvenient as we had to reuse swimming towels for showering afterward. Lastly, I wasn’t able to use the washing machine to dry wet clothes from swimming, as the system was very high-tech and no instructions were provided. It felt as though it wasn’t intended for guest use.

Clean , Modern Apartment with great views

Pros: We were in contact with CJ, and the check-in process was seamless. He showed us around the facilities and area and even showed us the access passage to the mall. The place itself is really great, perfect location, beautiful views, quiet, and very safe. Really comfortable bed and modern appliances and decor. The VVIP treatment was on point, especially thanks to CJ’s professionalism and friendliness. Even after the check out mishap.

Cons: The check-out experience wasn’t very VVIP. I went to the mall for some last-minute shopping, and when I got back (still before my check-out time), the cleaning ladies were already inside the apartment. For a moment, I thought I was in the wrong place! They handed me my things while the other ladies just sat on the couch with folded arms. Luckily, I had packed most of my stuff before leaving, because I didn’t even get the chance to check if anything was missing or pack up my food properly. It felt quite unwelcoming, to be honest.... so yah😅😂
