Pros: Enjoyed the stay. Will definitely return in the future.

Cons: Cutlery can be upgraded. Pan can be upsized as well.

Pros: The apartment was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Great location, so close to Canal Walk Shopping Center, friendly and efficient service. Well done again to Zena and team, always enjoy staying at your properties.

Cons: Might have been bulbs that needed replacing, but we couldn't get any of the bedside lamps to work.

Pros: Everything was lovely, have a swimming pool, spa , sonar and it’s next to the mall.

Cons: Nothing only if the apartment can have a DStv or smart box which one can log in their DStv account to watch.

It was a good stay.

Pros: The property is clean and in a beautiful location. The staff I dealt with was friendly and efficient.

Cons: The limited TV. The apartment only has Openview with absolutely nothing to watch. I used my laptop to watch tv. This is the only reason I'm not likely to book this apartment again. The other apartments I stayed at Knightsbridge did not have this problem.

Pros: 24 hour gate security so when you enter you already feel very safe. Excellent location, walking distance to a very large mall where you enter through the food court so it is easy just to go quickly to find something to eat. The apartment had a lovely view over the canal and the city. Facilities are great and I was not left wanting for anything, some minor maintenance issues though. It is the best private pool / gym area I have ever seen while on holiday. The pool is heated and the gym has more than one of all the machines you could want with a section for weight training. Although cleaning service was offered for our short stay, we did not feel the need to use it.

Cons: I was expected to send information prior to check-in and it is actually done in advance which makes me uncomfortable. Fortunately everything is as advertised and we had no issues.

Lovely stay. Will happily book it again if I have business in Century City.

Pros: i was met on arrival by a representative of the host. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The amenities where quite adequate and the proximity to the Canal Walk Mall meant I could get around easily to do whatever shopping I needed.

Cons: I stayed for 5 nights and the sheets were not changed. It would be better to have a cleaner every other day and add the cost to guests bill.

Stay was great , location was excellent and the surrounding areas were easily accessible.

Pros: The host was excellent in providing location and was in constant contact. The helper was also very helpful and polite
