Clean place, convenient access to canal walk shopping mall

Pros: Check in was easy, someone would contact you to pass you the keys. There was a side door to canal walk shopping mall which was convenient.

Cons: The building and rooms were clean but were showing signs of ageing.

Loved every minute of our stay there

Pros: The place was stunning. The apartment was beautifully neat and homely. The views were amazing. Conveniently located next to Canal Walk with easy access to the mall from the apartments. Agnes that checked us in was absolutely great. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Suggestions to improve.

Pros: Very comfortable apartment. Excellent location. Very good co-operation from Agnes.

Cons: Electrical appliances eg. Fan has not been cleaned. Appliances are covered in dust. Need to upgrade cutlery. Lamp shades are broken.

Pros: Perfect position for our business trip with crazy awesome views from the 8th floor as well.

Cons: It is a bit dated but nothing wrong with it!

Cape Town wrapped me in Mountains, and Soul leaving us fuller, calmer and a little in love.

Pros: The place location was great next to Canal Walk Mall and the Security is tight and place outside.

Cons: The was nothing wrong or bad with the place even location is on the good place

We all enjoyed our stay. The proximity to Canal Walk mall was much appreciated.

Pros: Once the keys were collected, everything was smooth from then on.

Cons: Well, apart from the fact that we had to wait for more than 40 minutes for Ms Agnes to come meet us at the gate when it was very windy, it was generally okay. I just didn't like the long wait, especially with kids as if I knew where she was.
