Pros: Amazing location and rooms. The staff really do go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. I hesitate to single out individuals because service was consistently so good, however I am particularly thankful that Brandon went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. All of the serving staff at breakfast and Nick the catering manager were also fantastic.

Amazing.

Pros: Everything is beautiful. Service is exceptional. You can sense from the way the rooms were made that there was a lot of attention to the smallest of details and needs of the guests. They were more than generous in everything which you don’t always find at hotels, even 5 stars. Everybody that works there is also very attentive to details and such a great help to make the stay easy and enjoyable.

Cons: Nothing. Even weather was perfect.

Absolutely gem, the best hotel in my life

Pros: This hotel is really gem. Everything was absolutely amazing from the check-in to check-out. This hotel is like heaven. Amazing spa, superb pool area, excellent apartments, simply the best. There isn not any negative. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to all staff in the hotel. Food in the restaurant is really delicious. 🙏🙏🙏 wish to spend there more nights.
