Thanks to the owner we had a lovely time and enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful and very clean apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we need and I will book it again. I highly recommend this apartment its near the beach front and shopping center. I liked everything thee pool beds and everything.

Pros: Being our first time in Cape Town, Sunset at Diluta was perfect. Mark,the owner was friendly and made us feel at home. The facilities that was provided was absolutely clean and we were comfortable. The home was situated in a beautiful area and the beach was down the road, which had a the perfect view. Everything was perfect. Definitely would book thus again.

A great family vacation

Pros: The house has a spacious and practical layout. There are enough rooms and bathrooms to accomodate a large family. Also the property is highly secure, and conveniently located close to shops and a main highway that gives easy access to Capetown main.

Pros: Ein schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz für bis zu 10 Leute. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist 5 Minuten entfernt und es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ein sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nähe.

Gemütliches Haus in einem Wohngebiet in Milnerton,

Pros: Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos, Wlan funktionierte gut, alles war sauber, hell und freundlich, Garage für 2 Autos, Garten mit kleinem Pool, gut ausgestattete Küche und großer Esstisch, Badetücher vorhanden, optimal für eine größere Familie geeignet, Alarmgesichert, 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand

Cons: Trotz des Wohngebietes ist ziemlich viel Autoverkehr um das Haus herum, keine Kreditkartenzahlung möglich
