Pros: Very convenient location, basic but good amenities so you don't have to eat out every night. Security guard on the street outside makes you feel safe at night.

Cons: The hairdryer didn't have a south african plug...it needed a European adapter which I didn't have (coming from the UK)

Wonderful Neighbourgood

Pros: Loved the space, the downstairs was huge! Good space on the bedroom mezzanine too. Loved how close it was to the Franschoek Tram and the town in general. Really handy. Good decent sized TV too for later in the evening. Great parking as well right outside the room.

Cons: The bed itself was a little firm for my liking. Not a deal breaker at all though.

Perfect location and clean

Pros: Opposite the road from the Wine Tram hub so perfect after a day of wine tasting to stay the night, great location! Huge bed and aircon was amazing after such a hot day! Shower had great water pressure Fridge to keep waters cold Great aircon Big bed as I shared with a friend Free Parking right outside 10 minute walk into the main centre

Cons: No teaspoons lol unless the last guest took them but couldn’t fault the place

Perfect stay in Franschhoek,leave before you get fat

Pros: Excellent location, loved that it is walking distance to everything, and the freshest baked breakfast goodies and coffee right at the doorstep! Peaceful at night!

Cons: We were a bit confused about which direction the bathroom door is supposed to open and we missed the extra length on the bed.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. It had a lovely atmosphere and was the perfect place to relax. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it.

Excellent! If you're planning a stay in Franschhoek then Neighbourgood is the one to choose.

Pros: Apartment was self catering which meant breakfast was at the mercy of my missus - room for improvement :) Seriously though - there was a great bakery next door which did the best breakfast you could ask for.

Cons: Location, scenery views, all were excellent. If I had to say something, one of the rooms had a leaky shower door but didn't affect our stay.

A great place to stay!

Pros: The property is in a great location for the wine tram and within easy walking distance of local shops and restaurants. Check-in was smooth, and it was easy to contact staff via WhatsApp if no one was at the front desk. The rooms were comfortable and a good size, and it was a nice bonus to have a kitchen area.
