I would highly recommend this place but not during children holiday.

Pros: Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Plenty on the plate.

Cons: There should be a policy for the adults not to shout at the top of their voice at their children to disturb other guests.

Excellent location on a beautiful farm

Pros: Wonderful location on a wine farm yet in walking distance to the village .Beautifully decorated rooms and immaculate gardens. Delicious served breakfast which I prefer to buffet style and very friendly, helpful staff . Have already booked next visit . If you are a family book the cottages they are amazing as well then you also have self catering option but can still use restaurant for breakfast and lunch .

Pros: Everything about this hotel is incredible. It exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly; the food and service was amazing; the rooms were beautiful and the grounds and views are stunning. Cannot recommend more.

Restful stay in a beautiful spot

Pros: The location is perfect, a short walk from the Franschook Main Street. It is lovely and quiet, a beautiful spot and very tranquil. The breakfast is fantastic and has a beautiful view over the gardens.

Cons: It would be nice if you could order a drink from the bar after the restaurant closes at 4PM. Room service would also be ideal when you want to stay in.

Cons: Excellent overall. Just one area for improvement is staff training at the reception. First thing they say is when they close and don’t bother to propose carrying a bag when escorting you to the room.

Pros: La Cotte is a very beautiful place. The grounds & surroundings are absolutely stunning. This is the perfect place to visit if you wish to unwind and enjoy nature. The boutique rooms are very comfortable and well facilitated. The staff were very professional yet very friendly.
