Great stay, Great Location, Great Apartment

Pros: Excellent Host, great Communication, Beautiful interior and everything was clean and neat, Great Location can walk everywhere, we loved everything about this apartment, will definitely see us again.

Cons: Checking out at 10:00 makes a huge rush in the morning to get breakfast and get back and go for a walk and be packed up at 10:00, but do understand the rule behind that for cleaning

Top-Class Accommodation in Hermanus

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at Esplanade @ 111! We were four adults staying for three nights, and the apartment had absolutely everything we needed. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine, water in the fridge, and plenty of ice — such a thoughtful touch! It was by far the best accommodation we’ve had in Hermanus and we will most definitely stay here again. The host, Mariaan, was incredibly accommodating, kind, and shared great information about local activities and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Pros: Esplanade 111 in Hermanus was pure magic ✨. From the moment we stepped in, the luxurious touches and immaculate cleanliness set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The modern, cozy living space wrapped us in comfort, making every moment feel like home—only better. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, turning ordinary days into extraordinary memories. It wasn’t just accommodation—it was a lifestyle we’ll never forget.

Cons: Having to leave this place and go back home 😑

Beautifully appointed and a great location.

Pros: Beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and very secure property. Less than a minute’s walk away from the coastal path which had great views of many whales. Convenient for restaurants and shops. All staff were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is both beautiful and comfortable with everything you could need. We loved the all the extra touches like the welcome gifts, including complimentary coffee, wine and even slippers. Every appliance was clearly labelled with individual instructions. It was too cold to use the pool when we stayed but it looked lovely and was literally right outside our patio. We couldn’t recommend the property highly enough and would have loved to have stayed longer.

Pros: The location was brilliant, and the accommodation was clean with such lovely touches. We really appreciated all the special effort that made us feel so welcomed! We would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many restaurants to choose from and right on the water front. Parking was a bonus! Thank you so much!

Brilliant stay in a central Hermanus location.

Pros: The property was in a brilliant location and spotlessly clean. It was fully equipped with a great range of kitchen items - washer, dryer etc. the pool is right outside the back terrace. They left lots of thoughtful things, including leaving some children’s toys out which our boys loved. We left some shoes behind and they were so helpful with forwarding these on to a later location in our travels. The only tiny things for us - one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a proper curtain/ black out blind and was very light at night, and a high chair would have been welcomed. Otherwise - great and highly recommend.
