Absolutely phenomenal stay - perfect for a first-time visit to Hermanus!

Pros: Exceptional hospitality from Gerhardt and his team, who provided warm, attentive, and highly personalised service throughout our stay. Every request was handled courteously and promptly. The apartment itself is stunning, with truly breathtaking views. Perfectly situated at Gearing’s Point, the location is ideal - within easy walking distance of the best coffee shops, restaurants, and bakeries.

Comfortable & enjoyable seaside stay

Pros: Beautiful and spacious and extremely central can walk everywhere. Views incredible.

Cons: Aircons didn’t work and rooms were hot. There was a fan but as we all know fans only circulate the hot air. Cleaner didn’t make beds very well and left all pillows and cushions on the chairs. Also didn’t sweep the bathroom floor as same birds feathers were in bathroom on day of clean. Verandah had to be cleaned as we reported was so full of grit and stuff on floor and gas braai had no gas. However, managing agents were extremely helpful and sorted all out asap. Aircons do need to work however.

Peaceful & relaxing

Pros: * Excellent communication and ability to get assistance * Safe underground parking - Vehicle out of the sun & sea elements * Good security protocols * Exceptionally beautiful view & setting * Apartment light, very clean & smelt good. * Assistance on move bags to & from vehicle to Apartment. * Great water pressure * WIFI signal strong * Very comfortable beds * 4 Complimentary coffee capsules. * Location, location, location - Sea the Ocean, Hear the ocean, Ability to see whales, mountains, At the heart of the beach front so able to walk to every amenity, shop, restaurant and more. * Surrounding area whilst we were there clean, well kept & not overly noisy despite positioning. * Large outside balcony from room to lounge. * Lovely bedding & soft towels which all smelt good. * Apartment spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated.
