A310 Lagoon Beach Apartment & Spa

It was tremendous.

Pros: It was 3 times staying in 310 Lagoon Beach, it’s still stunning.

Cons: N/a

Would recommend anyday.

Pros: The location was perfect and facility was clean, secured 24/7 and quiet neighbours. The seaview, lagoon, table view was spectacular & area safe for walking. It was a warm home away from home.

Cons: There was a noise by the bathroom, more of a fan bathroom even when lights are off. Also suggest to get an egg lifter for the kitchen utensils.

Pleasant stay but don't expect the most modern of apartments.

Pros: Spacious, nice views, good security, good and safe parking. Having 2 bathrooms for a 2 bedroom apartment was nice, as I was travelling with a friend. Although well equipped some items very dated. We didn't use pots but they were very old and need replacing.

Cons: Noisy bathroom extractor fan that vibrated through the walls and could be heard in both bedrooms even with the door closed.

Pros: Outside view and how friendly the staff members are.

Cons: That I have to clean for myself

It was a lovely stay, and I’d be happy to come back!

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The best part was definitely the view — it’s right by the beach with beautiful scenery all around. The place smelled fresh and was spotless throughout, which made it even more comfortable and relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Cons: The TV was quite small and we couldn’t connect it to make it a smart TV. It would have been nice to stream our own shows or movies in the evenings.

Enjoyable beach stay in spacious apartment close to all major attractions.

Pros: Very good position for getting to the CBD, Waterfront area, mountain and other lovely beaches and winelands. Safe and secure with friendly staff and undercover parking. Beach access, large balcony with sea and lagoon view.

Cons: Some basic starter items are needed such as salt, pepper, washing powder.

Fabulous stay!

Pros: We liked everything about the place. From the security guy,forgot to take his name to the uncle who cleaned the unit. Very neat unit. The neighbours...super friendly.

Cons: The fact that it's so far from everything and that I didn't meet Brigette in person.

Relaxing stay in a quiet, central location.

Pros: Very good location in terms of getting around Cape Town quickly. It’s very central to most places. The security staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely balcony with a view and spacious and clean interior. Undercover parking was an added bonus.

Cons: Nothing really but some basics like salt, pepper and oil would have been helpful to get going.

Good value for the money.

Pros: Large space. Quiet and peaceful. The host was always willing to help and very patient.

Cons: The floor needs some fixing. There is no sense of security to lock the door from the inside. Although, the area seems to be safe.

Home from home

Pros: This was just perfect for our stay with 2 kids. We had everything we needed for our stay (12days) as we were away so long we needed a washing machine, fridge and cooker which was very convenient for my family. The host was very responsive when I had questions and arranged the cleaner mid stay. I really felt safe as I was able to park my rental car in under cover parking within the building and show my license to get in and out. Really recommend as a great base for a holiday as easy to get around and close to blouberg, v&a waterfront and canal walk. There is an on site restaurant open til late within the hotel with you can walk safety internally to. We’d be happy to stay again next time we come to Cape Town.
