Fantastic stay, great proximity to the conference centre I was at, appreciated the upgrade to a 2-bedroom!

Everything was wonderful if i go to Capetown again i will stat at the same place.

Pros: The location is perfect. The Rooms were comfortable and spacious. The thick curtains made sleeping easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They called every other day to ask if we need anything and how our vacation was going.

Cons: The cleaning should have been a bit more thorough. The bed sheets and towels need replacing. They are not dirty but changing them would make visitors feel more comfortable.

It was my second time staying within the estate; and I’m planning to return again.

Pros: Perfect and safe location; connected to the shopping mall with amazing shops and restaurants. The gym facility within the estate; with a 3 minutes walk to virgin active

Cons: The bedroom carpets needs cleaning; as it gathers dust and not good for people with allergies and sinuses. The cleaning team comes after 3pm; which is normally a time for guests to relax. Nonetheless I loved their approach and friendliness; they’re well spoken and articulated.

Pros: Great stay, apartments were nice and staff friendly. I would definitely recommend this apartment - it’s close proximity to Century City for shopping and a nice part of Cape Town. Would recommend.

Cons: Only had one key between 3 people so it was a little bit more complicated getting in and out of the gates complex.

Pros: The location, size of the apartments and garden settings were great

Cons: If you walk barefoot your feet end up being black which tells me the floors are dirty. Unit 215 did not have an egg lifter or a frying pan
