Welcoming indulgence set in a very restful setting.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We are returning customers as we previously enjoyed our earlier visit.

Cons: Only issue is that the access road to the estate has yet to be tarmaced but once you arrive at the property you realise that this is a very minor issue.

Wonderful Retreat to relax

Pros: Wow, exceptionally beautiful place to stay with calm, serene surroundings. The Staff were amazing, so kind, helpful, friendly it felt like we lived there. Superb comfort. The Spa was lovely and setting again just superb. The food was very well made and presented, very healthy. Nice gym. A superb holiday.

Pros: what did we like? everything! we were upgraded to a suite - it was so lovely. the furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. the bed was amazing. all the staff were so friendly, the neighbouring (walking distance) winery is great for a tasting. we had a half day spa treatment was fantastic as was relaxing in the library in the evening. all the food we had was delicious. we enjoyed the bike rides too!

Pros: Beautiful location and facilities. Staff were brilliant, welcoming and very attentive and made the stay feel homely. Great food options for vegans too! Would highly recommend.

Cons: The road was being resurfaced on way to location but that is only a temporary issue.

Beautiful hotel, so much potential.

Pros: The interior design of the hotel is 5* luxury, the grounds are beautiful. It could be run so much better. So many nicely decorated areas in the hotel, could stay there all day long if it didn't seem so unattended in the F&B department.

Cons: This hotel could be charging three times as much if it had some atmosphere. They need to play down on the wellness and get some serious consulting around F&B which is completely lacking in all aspects. Unacceptable with such a beautiful hotel not to make full use of it's bar and restaurant. Team up with an international luxury hotel brand and the hotel will get it's missing life aspect. \

Very peaceful and relaxing

Pros: Breakfast very good, all meals are set menus would prefer to have a choice as lunches and dinners are set and you get what you get and are quite pricey considering you can’t choose and mains portion size is tiny.

Cons: Perhaps service at pool , to order something thing to drink from a menu

Pros: Sante is beautiful and serene. I thoroughly enjoyed their spa facilities. I loved the fact that their food is gluten and sugar free.
