Perfect house in Franschoek!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here! Really spacious house with everything you need for a family stay. The courtyard was a lovely place to Braai and relax with views of the mountains. We felt very safe in this little gated community and even better it was a short walk to the wonderful High Street of Franschoek!

Pros: Wonderfully safe and secure location. Close to everything: shops, restaurants, Franschhoek Tram. Host great with communication. Cottage has absolutely everything you need - wish we had stayed longer.

We had a wonderful time in Franschoek

Pros: The cottage is comfortable and is well kitted out. It is an easy walk to the main road and the shuttle for the tram.

Cons: It would be nice if provision could be made for load-shedding.

We were attending the FLF and the cottage was close to everything.

Pros: the cottage backs onto the back of the reservoir and as such is quiet and peaceful. it has lovely mountain views from the back patio.

Cons: its not the property owners fault, but it was a very cold weekend, and although we did buy wood, (and given one bag as a complimentary), the wood was wet, smoked and we remained cold
