Exceeded all expectations

Pros: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and serene resort outside Stellenbosch. Elegantly refurbished, superb service and outstanding quality in all aspects. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only negative comment is that we only stayed for one night!

Pros: Absolutely amazing. We loved everything: the staff 😍, the breakfast, the gardens, the spa, the valet parking, the scent packages in our car, the garden room restaurant, the smokehouse restaurant, the minibar😍 Lovely premises and can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much to everyone at SPIER. You have made our stay memorable.

Cons: I guess the only thing that could use some improvement is the availability of towels at the pool (they were always empty) and anticipation for the baby chair at breakfast. But these are really minor details

It was wonderful — we would definitely come back.

Pros: The courtesy of all the staff is impeccable, especially François and the lady from the kids’ playroom, who were both outstanding. The hotel also offers an excellent children’s program and a dedicated kids’ playroom with many activities. It is truly a hotel that thoughtfully caters to families. The restaurant, the breakfast, and the menu options were also very good. The hotel is delightful. Our experience was extremely positive — we would definitely come back.

Cons: We found the restaurant hours somewhat limited, as they close quite early.

Beautiful property, from the service, interiors and food.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Spier Hotel as a family of four with two young children. The interiors are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The food was excellent, with great options for our daughter. Most of all, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us all feel at home. We can’t wait to return

Cons: We didn’t stay long enough
