Good location, good experience, spacious room and comfortable bed

Pros: Did not have breakfast this time, had to leave early. at previous stay excellent breakfast

Pros: A very clean and comfortable hotel just 20 minutes from Cape Town International Airport, perfect to not be caught up in the hustle and bustle of Cape Town City itself. Hotel has been magnificently refurbished, feels extremely safe and is conveniently located near to a safe shopping centre and the N2 for easy access to Cape Town and surrounds.

We stayed 3 different times over our visit to cape town and each time felt like coming home to a lovely welcome

Pros: Lovely private surroundings , staff so happy and friendly. Very helpful with all needs . Hotel good was also lovely and high quality , so if you wanted a relaxed day by pool was nice to not have to leave for something to eat

Very comfortable, apart from the issues with the sound insulation.

Pros: The location, opposite the Waterstone shopping centre, was very good.

Cons: The sound insulation of my room was very bad, and I could hear the people in the next room (coughing, talking, etc, even though I could tell that they weren't being loud). It's a pity, because everything else about the hotel was good, but I found this really annoying and it spoiled my stay a bit.

Great stay

Pros: Giving a 10/10 exclusively based On staff. We got married in a nearby location and they went out of their way to help us with everything wedding. From gowns to setting up the room on the day. They did prevent some people from coming in on the day which in hindsight makes all the sense and we grateful. Very clean, rooms are big.

Cons: Not really a negative but it can do with a little bit of upgrading with furniture etc. But it really doesn’t away from the place.

Hotel lovely, location great, Would use it again in an instant, and probably will.

Pros: Breakfast excellent, lots of choice and efficient short order section. Happy and efficient staff, in particular want to mention Griszelda and Norma. Chantal on the reception desk was great. Bar staff helpful and efficient.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Lake a little low on water. Finding it difficult to say anything negative. We had a great time.
