Absolutely highly recommended. International level for sure.

Pros: Excellent stay overall. Breakfast was impeccable. Great location, exactly in the middle of everywhere you want to be. Very clean. Staff impeccable.

Cons: Had some issues with the TV regarding channels and SMART TV function availability. An upgrade to streaming services such as Netflix will be great. Or a chrome cast function will work.

It was a short stay as I’d booked for only one night but still comfortable for us to relax once we came back to rest.

Pros: It’s proximity to the venue where we were attending the concert. It is a modern and sleek layout which is my preferred living space and the staff were attentive.

An Exceptional weekend spent at your hotel , with good customer services . Will definetly be back .

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional , it exceed my expectation everything i had was super fresh especially the salmon , fruits and the confectionery Yummy . I like how every food item was presented , and in perfect bite sizes . The room was Fresh clean ,spacious . I wish it had a bath option and balcony . The bed was big, comfy and clean fresh .

20th Anniversary

Pros: The whole experience staying at Crystal Towers is always nice and the breakfast is amazing.....

Cons: The fact that we didnt have a bathtub in our room... I did mention in my booking it was our 20th Anniversary, and was hoping it the welcome note would be a bit more personal , but I guessed booking.com missed it
