Great Hotel but . . .

Pros: I have returned many times. Great hotel, great staff, great location and great comfort. Very good location if attending a conference at the linked conference centre and walking distance to everything that you may need in a very good area.

Cons: Don’t book through Booking.com. It is almost impossible to obtain an invoice for the stay. The hotel reception simply says that they cannot issue invoices for bookings made through Booking.com. The online invoice request link on the Booking.com app does not work and getting a response from any Booking.com customer platform is a huge frustration. Booking.com simply ignores customers.

Pros: The overall setup was nice. I like that the restaurant was open to the terrace.

Cons: It would be nice to have a street-side temporary parking for check-in. The bed, wife's back hurt from sleeping on it.

Pros: The property was clean, the security was a 10/10, and it is very close to places of interest.

Cons: The noise coming from La Parada was a nightmare.

This has become my home away from home, will definitely be returning! One of the best places to stay in cape town!

Pros: Love the location, the look and aesthetic of the hotel. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Cons: Nothing, this was my second time staying at the hotel. Last time i was here, i mentioned that the rooms did not have a fridge. I was told, a fridge is available on request and this time around i requested a fridge and it was given to us. So everything was perfect.

Cons: Upsent of a small fridge. I think the please is ideal for business vacation not necessarily great for family holidays. Otherwise lovely location.
