Caledon Hotel

Pros: The staff was always friendly. Breakfast was great. Just very noisy with the IEC people around. The view we had was great.

Cons: The room was not ready and we was given a larger room with beautiful views. The Pools are not for the elderly with hip replacements or knee replacements or for CHILDREN. The water is green and floors slimmy. You don't see the steps to go in to the pools. This can cause problems or injuries to someone. Unfortunately won't go to the Hotel and pools again. We were very disappointed.

Pros: It was an excellent experience. You should have porters to assist with guest luggage plus reception staff should be more friendlier. And to greet people as they are the Frontline

A memorable stay with exceptional staff and a wonderful spa experience

Pros: The staff were truly amazing and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Their warmth and attentiveness really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. The hot springs were the highlight for me — such a memorable and relaxing experience, and I would highly recommend making time for the spa during your stay

Ok, value for money.

Pros: Good value for money. Casino adds something to do also at night.

Cons: Staff were unhelpful in terms of allowing access to the pool area (where we spent money at the bar as well) as we were 2 hours early for check-in. They wanted us to sit in the lounge area on a beautiful day and wait for the room before we could use any amenities… thankfully sanity prevailed after having to request a manager.

Pros: The breakfast was the best love it and the was cleaned every day what awesome service fron the time we arrived everything was just great even the food at the restaurants beautiful 😍 staff was great friendly and very help even the security great service
