Modern spacious home in heart of Cape Winelands

SUPERB!!! Will go back!

Pros: No problem to drop off luggage a little bit earlier. Clear instructions how to arrive. Really nice spacious house with great beds, beautiful bathrooms, big swimming pool, very well equipped kitchen and a great braai place. Dirk is a really nice host!

Cons: Nothing at all! One small remark > one bedroom does not have airco, it can become quite hot inside.

Perfect family stay

Pros: Our stay was perfect! The house has everything we needed as a family, we were travelling with 4 adults and 3 children. A baby bed was provided. Our children loved playing in the big garden and the pool, and also inside the house there is plenty of space. The kitchen is very well equipped, as well as the house overall. The location is great, we went to Stellenbosch and Paarl for winetasting and to Hermanus for whalewatching. A big thank you to the great host!

Very comfortable stay in spacious house with private pool

Pros: Spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms of which two have airco. Big living room and kitchen with everything vou need available including washingmachine and dryer. Terraces at front and back of house with nice views over the mountains and a good sized pool (big plus). The house has solar witch backup batteries so loadshedding is not a problem. Dirk, the host, lives in the same building but you are compeltely private. He is very friendly and helpful when needed. It was our second time in the house and we will come back, problem is that the house is getting very popular so often not available.

Well-located home for a big group, ideal for a weekend in the winelands - luxurious, comfortable, and affordable

Pros: Well equipped and super luxurious, this home is perfect for a group trip, whether staying with friends or family. Kitchen is well-equipped, bedrooms are comfortable, and the host offers superb service.

Cons: I truly have nothing negative to share.

The excellent design of the outside area means that you can sit outside and braai even when the south easter is pumping!

Superhost! Well equipt, large, clean, luxury property. Your home from home.

Pros: There is a host and then there is a SUPERHOST - This is Dirk! My husband and 10 month old son stayed here for 7 nights and we have never been to such a well equipt property. All in the details, down to Dirk supplying even the Shampoo/Conditioner, Bin bags, detergent and coffee to perk us up after a long 13hour flight. We've gone on to stay at two other properties being out here for almost a month and quite frankly this property hands down outshines any other host we've used. He was super flexible and able to provide us with an earlier check in and a travel cot which was very important. The beds - Wow - absolutely huge and the comfiest we have had the pleasure of staying in. Really high quality. Views from the property were outstanding in a very quite area. Dirk is very self aware of his presence around the property whilst we were staying and at no time did he ever invade and certainly was most welcome for a chat!

Fantastic holiday home

Pros: Everything! The house is very big and comfortable in a secure estate. It is in a great area close to Cape Town and all the main attractions. There is everything you need, just like at home. Bedrooms are all en-suite and bedding is extremely comfortable. The owner is always available when needed. A real gem.
