Pros: The location was excellent, awesome views & lots of place to walk. Also close to the various wine farms etc. It was nice having the farm's dogs dropping-in to greet

Cons: some of the furniture is in questionable condition, the one chair in the small lounge is broken/worn. Lots of flies...I understand it might be due it being close to the horse stables.

Fantastic weekend away in Franschoek

Pros: The location is beautiful and well suited to 2 couples for a weekend getaway in Feranschoek. Its a horse farm and there are 2 lovely dogs that wander around and greet the guests. Very quiet and great views over the valley. Seems all units have solar power too, which is great and means that power never runs out. Hot tub was really enjoyed.

Pros: We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful, cosy cottage with absolutely breathtaking views of the Franschhoek valley! The location is perfect—just a few minutes’ drive from the town centre, yet it feels peacefully tucked away. Our host was truly fantastic: warm, responsive, and incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our trip. The highlight was without a doubt the magical horse riding experience around the farm—it was an unforgettable way to explore the surroundings, and we loved every moment! Thank you for a perfect getaway—we’d love to return someday. Highly recommend!

Beautiful peaceful farm stay in Franschhoek

Pros: The location was truly idyllic, so peaceful and quiet tucked away in the mountains with incredible views. Lovely to have a pool and hot tub too. The linen and beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons: The ceiling in the main bedroom does make a lot of noise, which might be problematic for light sleepers. Because of the horses, there were a lot of flies around the property. A new fan in each room would have been helpful.
