A special family weekend honouring Rodney and the beautiful memories he left behind.

Pros: Beautiful home with such a warm, homely vibe. Loved that it was pet-friendly too.

Cons: Loved the gorgeous, good-sized pool — perfect for cooling off! Only wish it wasn’t quite so shallow.

Stunning House

Pros: Stunning house, spacious and very well equipped. The house had everything, from the appliances right down to the board games that made our stay so wonderful. The property is fairly close to the shops and in a lovely, quiet neighbourhood. We loved the fire pit and just the overall attention to detail. The outdoor space is beautiful. I really appreciated that we could leisurely book out on Sunday. Thank you, I would absolutely book again.

Cons: The deciding factor for booking the house was the heated pool and upon arrival we were informed that the heat pump was broken. The water was freezing cold and the cover didn't do much to retain any heat, maybe more effective in the warmer months. Nonetheless my daughter braved that cold water and still enjoyed it.

The house makes up for the location which is not within easy walking distance from the seafront.

Pros: Pelican's Nest was a great find with eclectic, tasteful decor, loads of space and a very well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor living area with a pool, fire pit, gas braai was perfect to celebrate a truly SA Heritage Day.

Cons: The house is situated in the middle of a very suburban part of Vermont \\ Onrus, with very little distance between neighboring houses.

Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert

Pros: Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, in der Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht, kann man nur empfehlen, für 6 Personen super geräumig, würde ich immer wieder buchen
