Pros: The room was well prepared with a coffee station. Every detail was thought off. The towels were folded nicely and the room was serviced daily. The coffee, soap and toilet paper was replaced daily. Breakfast was a lovely spread of your choice and served in your room.

Calm atmosphere and wonderful staff

Pros: The heated pool was amazing. Great feature for Winter.

Cons: The aircon wasn't working well. It was very weak and didn't reach the entire room.

Quite Comfortable.

Pros: Rosemary is a real asset to Hermanus Manor she was very attentive during my 2 nights visit. Especially helpful (unasked) by assisting me to get in & out of the pool. She also cooked me a delicious breakfast.

Cons: That the pool was only available from 10am to 7pm which is disappointing when you want a swim before checking out at 10.30. I told them so & they said I could check out at 11am.

Couple from the UK

Pros: What a beautiful home. When we arrived we were greeted by Jessica with a warm friendly smile and she explained how things work after we checked in. The staff who served the breakfast was great too, and the breakfast was amazing. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful pool. It was very quiet and relaxing. The beds is very comfortable and room spotless.

Pros: The staff was very friendly. The breakfast set up was amazing. The rooms were clean. The outside area is sooooo peaceful. The music playing is also such a nice relaxing touch!

Cons: The bed isn’t that comfortable, it creeks a bit.

Pros: The Bed - Cleanliness of the Room / Apartment - The welcoming friendly staff.

Cons: The Pool Hours - could not make use of the facility as at the time that the pool closes, the sun was still up and it was still too hot. Also a heated pool is generally better later in the day, evening when it is a bit cooler.
