Loved it, will be back.

Pros: Good central location, nice and clean with own parking area.

Pros: We love the quietness, we love that we could braai. It was overall a very pleasant stay.

Cons: The bunkbed was not so comfortable, because it was a bit hard, that was the only issue, everything else on par.

Excellent location for the light traveller.

Pros: Greatest location ever. We never even used the car in the four days we were there. Exactly halfway (and within walking distance) between supermarkets and restaurants. Best two bakeries on the same block for breakfast pasties. Daan's bakery was beyond good. The property was clean and neat and looked exactly like the photos. This property is suitable for a short stay only and delivered on location, location, location.

Cons: There was a lack of shelf/closet space. There wasn't even space for the drying rack in the kitchen, it hung over the zink. The one small cupboard in the room was nearly full of linen, we had 2 shelves and one very small hanging space between 2 people. We ended up using the furniture in the hallway to pack our toiletry bags as the one cupboard in the bathroom was so low, it was completely impractical. In the kitchen, every surface had something on it and you could not even put a plate down on the counters, there was no space. But it had all the cutlery and crockery we needed. A few shelves would improve this property dramatically.

Pros: Allways the consistency of excellence. Very comfortable, great location. Good value for money. Safe parking. Our place of 1st choice in Hermanus. The lovely owner and hostess is always accommodating .

A perfect 11/10 stay!

Pros: Beautiful! If I could give this property 11/10 I would. Firstly great communication with the owner. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was perfect very close to shops, restaurants and the coastline. Perfect coastline to see the whales. We walked the Cliff Path walk and saw lots of whales along the way. The accommodation was amazing. Very clean with everything we needed. Felt very homely for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place that we highly recommend

Pros: Very comfortable home in an amazing location: right in the centre of the town but a very quiet street. The apartment also had a nice area to sit outside. We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa also replied very quickly to our messages and communicated very clearly. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Cons: Really small suggestion for improvement based on our personal preferences: the air freshener was a bit too strong. We thought it was not necessary, as the apartment was very clean and smelled fine without it.

Spent a wonderful ten days at Botany - Vanessa is always available if you do need assistance.

Pros: Breakfast isn't included, but there are dozens of coffee shop/restaurants very close by to Botany House

Family trip in Winter

Pros: The host is reactive and helpful. The house is very well equipped for a family. We were there mid-August. There was a well functioning gas heater in the living room, so the bedroom and bathroom were a little bit cold, but still ok.
