A comfortable and relaxing stay peaceful and beautiful scenery.

Pros: It was very peaceful and set in beautiful scenery. The cottage was the perfect size for us.

Idyllic location with rustic vibe

Pros: Property is so quaint and peaceful in idyllic location just a short walk / drive from town. The beauty of the place is the scenery and the rustic vibe.

Cons: I’ve been to the property many times and it feels a little like the maintenance / standards have dipped a bit.

Cosy cottage in beautiful surroundings

Pros: It was very nice and clean with great facilities. We had a lovely terrace with view of the mountains and access to two shared pools. The gardens surrounding the house were beautiful with fruit trees and wine fields. The beds were super comfortable and the property had two separate shower and toilet facilities. Great location only a short drive from the vibrant Franschhoek city with lots of shopping and dining options.

A beautiful stay in the wine lands!

Pros: We stayed in owl cottage and could not have been happier. The cottage is beautiful and so comfortable. We were staying in the summer and were able to use the braai and pool outside but it would be just as nice in the winter with a roaring fire and a bottle of delicious Franchhoek red wine. The team were really accommodating and welcoming. The location is fantastic and only a short walk into the town centre. Would thoroughly recommend and we will look forward to staying again in the future.

Exceptional Views

Pros: Stunning views from our property, we were able to swim in the dam every day. There was access to a braai so we could make our own dinners whilst enjoying the beautiful view. Easy access to the local town.

Cons: Would benefit from having some more tools available for braai/bbq as the utensils for this are limited!

Nice cottage close to the centre

Pros: Nice cottage with amazing views of the mountains, nice and safe to walk around in the gardens. Also short walk to the main road with lots of little shops and restaurants. The cottage has everything you need for your stay, we also used the wood fire as it was chilli in the evening. Very comfortable beds, nice bath and shower. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Cons: Playground is a bit broken so need some repairs to be safe for the little ones. Apart from that we have a very nice stay
