Pros: This is a hidden gem in the centre Franschhoek, nice family run hotel when you enter the hotel from the main road you enter an oasis, nice downstairs bar area and pool, the rooms are also spacious with nice outdoor balcony

Pros: We had a lovely breakfast both mornings. The service and the food were exceptional. The coffee and cappuccino were delicious - and the mimosas was that little bit extra that made our breakfast even more special. The dining room, music and extra attention really made our days.

Cons: NOTHING! Not one thing! Everything was superb - we loved our stay and will be recommending this property to our friends and we will definitely be back!

The last word in luxury boutique hotel!

Pros: Everything. The comfort, the decor and the home from home feel. The team could not do more for you. The breakfasts are excellent and very flexible. The location (slap bang in the middle of Franschhoek) could not be better.

Hugely enjoyable in very trying circumstances that were an act of god.

Pros: We arrived in very trying circumstances owing to an electricity black out resulting from local fires. The hotel were most apologetic and did everything within their powers to overcome this with emergency lighting and a 'can do' attitude towards any requests to make the stay as good as possible. Fortunately, the power was fully restored on day 3 and we were able to enjoy the hotel in all its splendour but most importantly some AC! On departure we were also informed that our 'extras' during the stay were to be 'comped' and this was a huge gesture on their part as the issue was outside their control. It was much appreciated by all the party. The location is second to none being right in the centre of Franschhoek and the staff service is both welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Cons: The pool steps do have slippery tiles but there is a hand rail to help overcome this.

Our amazing honeymoon at this beautiful hotel!

Pros: We had an absolutely amazing stay here! The hotel feels completely brand new and is beautifully decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything is spotless and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, and the wine list is far better than what you would normally expect from a hotel, a really pleasant surprise! The cocktails are fantastic as well; I honestly haven’t had such a good margarita in years. Most of all, the staff truly makes this place special!! Everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and they genuinely go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. Nothing is too much trouble. We can’t wait to come back. Five stars for everything!
