Burmeister 401 - 2 Bedroom Apartment across from Ocean - Onsite Parking

I have booked it twice and will book it again when travelling to Cape Town

Pros: Location, convenience, views, availability of all utensils and things one need on vacation. Proximity to the 🏖️ beach 🤗

Cons: Carpet was not clean, door to the one bedroom was not working we could not lock.

Aesthetic, peaceful and very modern

Pros: The apartment is very modern and the lighting was incredible, beautiful views, ocean views and etc.

Cons: The windows were dirty, I had to open the windows to get beautiful photos and videos, gaining access to enter the complex was a struggle, the gate access pin only worked once , it felt easier to just stay in instead of going out

Pros: It is great, the kids loved it and very close to the beach. Staff super friendly and responsive.

Cons: No mirrors, the carpet needs replacement. Very noisy along the road and no air condition 😔

Pros: Excellent place with a view of table mountain and robben island, breathtaking views of the beach

Pros: It's a beautiful place, we loved the location. The sea view is just perfect and just a walking distance away and the location is easy to access via Uber.

Cons: We spent our first day without electricity. And there was no communication until we reached out.

Awesome experience with beautiful views

Pros: I loved everything about the place. The views were just amazing. My kids loved this place. It is exactly as per the pictures. Close to the Lagoon and beach.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Great place for a family vacation in Cape Town.

Pros: Very well located … clean… good internet… excellent communication from the hosts. Security is also top notch. We enjoyed everything about the property.

Pros: Everything was good except for some noisy neighbors 😒

Pros: The views from bedroom…shower..balcony, cozy apartment. The kettle was not working..however caretaker /manager was quick to get it replaced

Cons: They are not accommodating or flexible. I've never had this problem with other booking. Com stays. Check in and out could be accommodated an hour before or after. We had to move around with luggage the whole day coz they couldn't even let us leave the bags at the accommodation place. Also the dishwasher does not function properly. The caretaker saw us loading the dishes. He should have told us this

Extremely Beautiful Place

Pros: The apartment was just like the pictures. Aesthetics and the views.

Cons: The distance from most prominent locations in Cape Town like V&A. We spent a lot of money on uber.
