Hasate Guest House

Quiet, comfortable and pleasant.

Pros: The host Moses, was readily available and a great host. When we arrived the wifi was not working but they managed to sort this out the following day. The room was clean and the guesthouse was quiet and other guests were not loud or causing disturbances. We had a microwave and fridge in our room which was great.

Cons: The kitchen facilities leave a lot to be desired. The kitchen was in the other property, there was no kitchen in the property that we stayed at.

Excellent value for money

Pros: Easy checkin process, clean and comfortable, warm showers and TV was a bonus

Pros: Location is very central. Security around premises is tight and access limited to those that booked. No extra guests or big parties etc. The property manager Moses is no nonsense tolerance for inappropriate behavior guests and keeps tabs on partying noise levels. Moses goes extra mile always to ensure happy peaceful stay for all guests. The property itself is well maintained and all communal areas are clean at all times. My accomodation was neat, clean and linen neatly laundered. Bathroom even had hotel soap & clean towelling. Lovely touch for a cost effective guesthouse really.

Pros: The bedroom was clean, linen freshly turned out with clean towels & little hotel soaps. Bathroom was immaculate. Greater location, easily accessible to highways & malls. Security at property of high standard and manager of property goes way and beyond to help assist where he can with a gentle & kind manner. Everything is immaculate each time I book at Hasate. Repeatedly book at Hasate for this very reason

Cons: If there is a slight negative, hot water through showers never very hot. Mostly cold and through winter this isn't fun. But it's not a deal breaker.

Pros: Great security. Great location for work. Staff always extremely helpful and happy. Accomodation clean, neat and simply presented with all you need. Caretaker always goes extra mile everyday all day for you

Cons: Showering- water is never hot. But everything else is of a 3* Motel standard. When I travel going forward this will always be my 1st choice.

Pros: The entire property is extremely well maintained and managed by an extremely meticulous house manager. Moses is very kind, caring and helpful. Location is excellent, security is airtight. The accomodation is clean and all you need.

Pros: The fact the maintenance man Mr M were so kind and helpful and always makes sure that I was okay.The beds are amazing I always get a goodnight rest there.The rooms are always neat.

Cons: When I got a torn old towel luckily I brought mine with me weren't so happy with that. And also the people were so loud and talked all night making alot of noise didn't liked that.So I feel that they could work on that I mainly think it's the owners and their families and friends who come over there to make a lot of noise because they speak in their language
