located nicely in Obs, wonderful room, remarkable hospitality

Pros: Sunita is a caring, wonderful host. The room is beautiful, located in a very nice, quiet, well furnished house. I enjoyed every minute, and was happy to be able to get some work done on my laptop. The location is very good; I opted to stay there because I had to be at UCT, which is nearby. Obs has nice cafés, all very enjoyable.

Cons: nothing.

Pros: Location, near eclectic, creative Lower Main Road in Observatory House is so beautiful Soft atmosphere, modern but antique styled kitchen, sun room for breakfast or reading. I didn’t switch TV in room on once in my 10 day stay #calm I believe 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ travellers will love this house 🙌🏻☀️❤️

Cons: Wifi a little slow, but hey, everything feels like it slows down deliciously here

Pros: It was a really nice stay, and the place is totally recommendable. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The building is quite impressive. Great quality-to-price ratio. Many useful places (caffeterias, restaurants, stores) around, so the Łąck of breakfast can be easily compensated. The neighbourhood itself is OK, if you stick to the basic safety rules.

Cons: I only missed a small desk in my room. A simple piece of board where I could put my laptop. But I suppose not everyone actually needs it

Enjoyable and comfortable stay

Pros: Lovely room and such a bonus to have underfloor heating and electric blanket as it was very cold. Very friendly staff and made to feel very welcome.

Cons: As a single traveler the double bed was very comfy but if we were 2 people the bed would have been very small.

It was a great place to stay as a solo traveler on my first trip alone.

Pros: Loved the space, it got cold at night so I loved the heated blanket and heated floor. Pretty decor and great bathroom. Very clean and good spaces to hang out during the day.

Cons: I think the bathroom could’ve used a curtain but no other issues.
