Nice base for acvivities in the Valley

Pros: Issy was always available and helped us at any occasion. The small wine farm is very beautiful and quiet. The vegetable garden is wonderful. Highly recommend tasting their wines!

Cons: We had the Kastanje cottage and the backyard is not very inviting as the grounding there consist of wooden chips we were not able to walk barefoot at all. No room service ( cleaning and wast disposal) on Saturday and Sunday - when you really use the kitchen and braii a lot of stuff is gathering.

Pros: Fantastic secluded location, premier cottage in the heart of nature. Staff were phenomenal 👏 nothing was too much trouble

Cons: Not a complaint but a washing machine would have made the stay perfect. Staff did direct us to a local laundry

Peace and quiet and a great location to explore Franschoek

Pros: The cottage was very beautifully decorated. We had a small plunge pool on the property and access to a larger pool in the garden.

Pros: Issy was super helpful and welcoming.. The quiet location made it feel like a great getaway from the hustle. The swimming pool, boules pit and the kitchen garden were all nice additions.

Pros: A beautiful and relaxing stay. One of the highlights for us was the pool — getting there felt like a little adventure as you walk through tall hedges before it opens up to the most stunning views. It was such a peaceful and memorable experience. The accommodation itself is quaint yet luxurious, immaculately clean, and very well equipped for self-catering with everything we needed. My parents especially loved how comfortable and thoughtfully put together the space felt. A truly special stay in Franschhoek — we would happily return.

Pros: We very much enjoyed staying here. It is well appointed and very stylish. The view is beautiful. Close to Franschoek centre where there are many shops, galleries, restaurants and a good choice of supermarkets. Issy is very communicative and help you in any way she can. I highly recommend having a bottle of their wine chilled and waiting for your arrival. Private pool and Braai were very welcome. The property is surrounded by Jasmine plants and their scent is divine.

Cons: Cannot fault at all.
