Wish it was our forever home.
Pros: The jacuzzi was PHENOMENAL!!! The appliances were even amazing! And I’m missing that bathtub every second.
Cons: Just wish we got more time, the site said 10:30 but we were rushed out a bit sooner :(

Would heartily recommend!
Pros: This is a very well appointed apartment. We particularly enjoyed its stunning, panoramic view of the Helderberg & the ocean. It’s a quiet block with only 12 apartments. The secure parking was very convenient. The apartment is particularly well stocked with every appliance you could wish for & is a cook’s dream ! We didn’t use the hot tub & because the weather was lovely we swam in the downstairs pool every day. The barbecue facilities were excellent! Rina was a wonderful host & did all she could to ensure we had a wonderful holiday.
Cons: We enjoyed everything.

Excellent location for a stay in Strand
Pros: The apartment was one of the best equipped we have ever used. The kitchen equipment was all new and high quality makes. The views from the apartment were fabulous, from the terrace one could see the beach, from the other windows the surrounding mountains. It was spacious enough for two people. The terrace was large and equipped with a large table and a jacuzzi. The basement garage provided security for our car. The location is ideal, being close enough for easy walking access, but not so close that all of the beach road traffic noise could be heard.
Cons: The cape can be very windy, which it was whilst we were there. This did mean that at night there was a lot of wind noise. However, we found using the air on in the bedroom camouflaged this. The apartment block does not use its from entrance doors, access is through the garage. Not a problem but worth knowing to avoid futile attempts to get in when you first arrive.

Pros: The property were extremely clean with everything you needed ; the jacuzzi were a bonus as well as the pool ; the host done her best to make sure I were comfortable
Cons: There is nothing I could fault ; the only thing were the strong winds especially at night but otherwise it were perfect ; 👍

The most perfect stay!
Pros: I have yet to find a place more equipped than this one! Absolutely fantastic stay. You only have to pack your toothbrush, toothpaste and hairbrush! No need for anything else. All the extras were so special, wine, chocolates, amazing coffee and personalised note! Thank you Rina for an amazing stay!

Excellent sea views , great location.The best way to explore Cape Town
Pros: Thank you to Rina for your warm welcome, for the wine , chocolates, biltong and rusk. Even the milk.We had everything we needed and even more. The location is excellent with 360 degrees sea views . We enjoyed the jacuzzi. . Our host went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. We will definitely stay there again The bed was very comfortable with the best linen. Thank you Rina.
