Nautica by the Beach

Pros: Christian was a perfect host. The accimodation was fully equipped.

Pros: It felt like home away from home,the apartment was well equipped with the basic things any home will provide. Everything was clearly marked to make usage easy,we felt safe and the view was tops.Was a good stay.The host was friendly and very helpful 😀

Pros: Absolutely loved how comfortable and homely the apartment felt. We were spoilt with everything we needed. From detergents to spices and abundance of cutlery and table ware. Beds were comfy and apartment was spacious and clean and had all the facilities we needed. Washer/dryer & dishwasher included.

Cons: Loved everything about the property.

It was definitely our home away from home.

Pros: It is a self catering apartment. Close to restaurants and grocery shops. You can see the beach from the apartment and the view is breath taking. Sounds of the waves can be heard at night. The hosts are good people and easy to communicate with. We even met Lindy's father who is also very friendly. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Cons: We were there for a holiday so we did not concentrate on the negatives. We made use of what was available and we had a great time.

Pros: The apartment was very clean, the host was very kind and welcoming and I loved everything about the apartment , sea view, close to the mall and shopping center and it is in a very safe area where there are patrollers

It was the most pleasant experience.

Pros: The location was excellent, all the places we wanted to see were within easy reach. The view of Table Mountain, Robben Island and the sound of the ocean from the balcony were just superb. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils and gadgets we could ever need to use. We also appreciated the availability of cleaning materials and the extra blankets became very useful as it became chilly at some stage.

Cons: In future you could consider installing a heating/cooling system in the house, the one small heater was not sufficient when it got cold. Otherwise we cannot think of anything else we did not like.

Pros: Beautiful veiw and the place is child friendly . The host Christian was very good !.I would strongly recommend the place .

Pros: The apartment was amazing , very clean and got all the necessities that a family with children need. Also the owner was very helpful .

Perfect apartment with a beach view

Pros: Was travelling with the family visiting Cape Town. The location was outstanding and we could see the beach from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and was fully facilitated. The hosts were really welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely recommend to others

When I visit Cape Town againim definitely calling Cristian
