Pros: Secure area, loved the sea view and the ocean breeze. Very cosy apartment.

A home away from home.

Pros: The location - walking distance to the beach, apartment setup - beautiful home decor, felt veey much like a beach house and not a residential apartment. The amenities that came with it - great amenities to enjoy and saved us on buying items.

Cons: Because it was a residential building, there was maintenance taking place in another apartment, which was loud and interrupted a late morning sleep in.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, waking up to the ocean and watching the sunsets was truly unforgettable. The apartment itself was incredibly comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and felt like a home away from home. Every detail made our stay easy, relaxing, and special. We are so grateful for your hospitality and for sharing such a wonderful space with us. It’s a place we’ll remember fondly, would highly recommend and would love to return to in the near future. 💙

Pros: The stay at Neutica was exactly what me and my family and I were hoping for. The apartment was very clean and neat. We had more than we expected. The host was extremely nice and friendly. She was very helpful and kind. Keep up the good service you are giving. The lady who helped us with the keys was also very sweet. Your kindness was appreciated. The room had a view on the beach. It was walking distance to the store and also to the beach. We would definitely visit again. Keep up the wonderful service.

Pros: We loved the accommodation. It's the best apartment we stayed in, in the strand area. It was away from the main road, so was quiet and perfect for a good night's rest. Close to everything. Leonie is the best hostess. Her hospitality was amazing. First hostess that welcomed us with a variety of treats. The flat was perfectly equipped. Loved the decor, sayings on the walls and the beautiful view of the sea. I have decided to come back regularly. Finding the place was easy. Thank you Leonie for letting us use your flat.
