Excellent stay in the heart of Stellenbosch

Pros: Having booked a tent elsewhere, which was situated only 50 m from their water treatment plant stunk horribly, we needed different accommodation. Avemore responded extremely quick, friendly and professionally, in no time we had all relevant info to gain entrance to the apartment, which was situated nicely in the centre of Stellenbosch and offered all facilities we required. The apartment was secure, clean, easy on-site parking, a hottub, etc. The staff were very responsive when we needed them. Extremely pleased!

Book it.

Pros: A great apartment located almost in the city center, which can be reached on foot within a dozen or so minutes without the need to hire a taxi. A large supermarket with all the essentials is just a few steps away from the property.

Cons: Despite having made the payment, we spent several long minutes standing in the heat outside the gate before we were given access to the apartment, because in order to receive the entry codes we had to fill out some forms. We arrived very tired, and it is a pity that the management company did not show any flexibility and did not allow us to complete these formalities at home in the shadow.

Pros: Clean, comfortable, easy check-in and perfect location in central Stellenbosch.

Pros: The staff were exceptional, efficient and met all of our needs. My daughter and I loved the accomodation!

Excellent 3 night stay!

Pros: Lovely apartment, very comfortable stay with all amenities. Close to the centre and shops round the corner. Pleasant walks close by near the river.

Cons: We did report the broken bin cupboard....but this was minor

Pros: Nearby to town center and local shops. They provide everything you could need during your stay, full amenities provided

Pros: Really comfortable, spacious flat. Home from home and thank goodness for the Aircon during the heatwave. Well located.

Great stay

Pros: We had a great stay in December. The apartment is clean, comfortable and spacious. It is also very well equipped for self catering.

Spacious, clean modern apartment close to centre.

Pros: Modern, clean apartment within walking distance of central areas for restaurants etc. Small local shopping centre within 5 minutes walk for groceries and small café. Quiet area even though very close to university buildings with lots of students about. Secure gated building. Agent very friendly and responsive to calls for information or help.

Cons: Bit of a mix up on check in where we ended up at the wrong apartment but agent was on the ball when she realised what had happened and came herself to pick us up and take us to the right place. A bit short on towels provided but extras were supplied on request.
