Comfortable, well equiped appartnment, close to Stellenbosch town centre and feeways.

Pros: Convenience, comfort, close to restauaruants, secures. Host doing 'checek ins'

Cons: Steep staircare to bedrooms. i was there with my elderly mother.

A second stay here - its very convenient, as described and professionally run

Pros: Breakfast was not included, but milk and coffee and provided and replenished

Pros: Home away from home, beautifully decorated with a modern feel. Perfect for family and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. Very safe.

Cons: Nothing.

Comfortable and well located Winelands Gem

Pros: Excellent location, rooms were very comfortable and a lovely open space for a family. Remote checkin team were great to deal with and had some good recommendations. If the opportunity presents itself we will definitely stay here again.

Cons: Nothing to complain about here however daily servicing of the apartment should be included in the rental price even although we preferred not to have it anyway.

Pros: Very clean and modern. Great location, walking distance from all main restaurants and shops in Stellenbosch. Safe parking.

Lovely central apartment with parking

Pros: Great directions and very helpful host Lovely apartment, great to have some tea,coffee,milk, really well equipped

Cons: Had to call to get into the gates and the safe box code for the keys — we didn’t have any phone access so had to pay to get it on another phone. No heating downstairs so a bit chilly in the winter!

Great townhouse

Pros: Very comfortable & nicely decorated 2 bedroom townhouse, with king size beds & good quality bedding. Wifi, small Nespresso machine & washing-dryer combo machine. Inverter, so no load shedding!! Basic toiletries & towels provided. Safe & within walking distance to Spar & Checkers for groceries, as well as lots of trendy restaurants in Dorp street. Just a few metres away from Paul Roos school & opposite Helderberg hostel of Stellenbosch University. Situated on a busy street, yet the traffic noise during peak hours did not bother us at all. Avemore, the rental agency, always friendly, professional & accommodating. This is our second stay at Mareba Court nr9 & will definitely rent again.

Central Stellenbosch

Pros: Central to Stellenbosch. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need. Back up power for loadshedding a great plus.

Cons: Noisy on weekends and public holidays. Student residence next door. Could not sleep on three evenings. Busy main road behind unit, with vehicle noise very irritating. We stayed seven nights. The unit should have had a complimentary cleaning at least once during that week for the price we paid. Not enough toilet paper offered, bin not cleaned. Requested new batteries for aircon remote and oven gloves after the first night. These were not delivered and we had to send a reminder after the fourth night.

Clean, convenient with luxury feel in the center of Stellenbosch.

Pros: Very spaces, only 3 minutes' walk from the tourist center where all the restaurants are. Fully equipped kitchen with braai facilities outside as well as enough parking. Coffee machine was bonus. Air conditioner in both rooms with battery back-up for load-shedding.

Cons: Nothing to complain about this property or host.
