Stylisch, Hochwertig,... mit kleinen Mängeln.

Pros: Separates Appartement, Parkplatz Sehr sauber, modern, sehr gut ausgestattete Kueche mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, Waerchspinne, Bügeleisen etc. Schoener Platz zum draussen sitzen. (Tipp ein paar Gruenpflanzen oder ein Dielenboden wuerde die Kargheit nehmen.

Cons: -kein Sicht bzw. Sonnenschichtschutz vor den Fenstern. Extrem aufgeheizt. Keine Aircondition -Fenster unpraktisch positioniert, (oeffnen sich in Kippstellung zum Boden hin dadurch kein Schutz gegen Einsteigen, Tiere, Moskitos etc -Bad sehr stylisch aber dier Abfluss der Dusche nimmt nicht genug das Wasser auf, ich musste nach dem Duschen erst mal das ganze Bad trocken putzen. -Lichtschalter /USB funktionieren nur bedingt, WiFi schlechte Verbindung. Es schien so als ob noch alles Brandneu ggf. noch nicht ganz fertig war, viell. aendert sich das ja noch demnaechst.
