Pros: The place is quiet and secure. Direct view of the ocean and the table mountain. Though a bit far one can actually have a glimpse of the Robben Ireland. Major Chain stores shops are about 5 minutes away driving. The inside swimming pools. The place is situated about 30 minutes away driving from the Waterfront mall where the booking and collection of tickets is at like Water charters boat rides and Robben Ireland tickets booking is facilitated.

Cons: The Lagoon beach being contaminated and not open for swimming and yet it is just in front of our facility.

Home away from home

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at the property. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The decor was tasteful, the amenities were thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home.the beautiful view from the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen everything was perfect.

Pros: Very well equipped apartment. Good central location. Lovely view. Neat and tidy.

Cons: Communication wasnt very good. Tried numerous times to call owner(?) but got to voicemail everytime. I arranged for early check in but wasnt expected at the gate. Ended up getting soaking wet from the rain and then arrived late for an event. Bed linen not adequate. Maybe a proper duvet will be a better idea. Not enough electricity loaded and went out in early morning of my last day. However, positives over shadowd negatives but the small changes will make it into an excellent property.

Comfortable and value for money.

Pros: Location was absolutely fantastic, awesome views of Table Mountain, value for money. Highly recommended.

Cons: Bathroom needs a little TLC, toilet seat loose, and shower rose bracket swivels on the wall.

Pros: The balcony view is absolutely beautiful. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Hosts are really responsive and helpful, and the security is good too.

Cons: The only thing I would note is that because if the property’s location, if it is windy the noise of the wind is quite loud and there is a bit of a fraught. I didn’t find this a problem as wore earplugs but just flagging for those who may be light sleepers.
