The manager of the place is so friendly. She ensured that we felt safe and at home at all times. She was constantly busy

Pros: The property is very well maintained and tastefully decorated. There is were enough cutlery and dishes for all of us. Bedrooms and bathrooms are big and living areas are quite spacious.

Cons: The stove top did not work properly and the one single beds mattress needs replacing soon.

Pros: I had to attend an late evening event in Somerset West so I decided to stay the night on that side of town. There are lots of options but the reason why I chose A Smart Stay Apartments is because of all the good things people said about Judy. I got to the guesthouse, and found that Judy was indeed who people said she was 😀. She was warm, welcoming, very friendly and ALWAYS a minute away when you need her. That made me feel safe as I am female and was alone. Parking is inside the premises, loved that. Separate entrances, you don't see other guests. It is super quiet. There was extra blankets. Lastly, Judy took a free mini photo shoot of me, before I left for the event 😀. The place is perfect for visiting with friends or family . Very close to the beach and the mall. Thank you for having me and for making me feel safe and comfortable, I will definitely come back for a longer stay.

Pros: I loved everything about our accommodation.From the location,the quietness and peacefulness.The fact that it is just a stone throw from the mall and other shops is a bonus.The place was so clean and equiped with everything.The aircon worked,and the poole was wonderful.But,the most precious part about our stay was Judy,I love that woman.She is truely the gem of Smart stay.She welcomed us with open arms and didnt hesitate to do something.She even took photos of us swimming and send it to me.We will be back again for sure.The apartment is spacious,the bedroom is hugeeeeee

Cons: The fridge didnt make ice since we kept forgeting to buy ice. I think the volume of the Tv is automatically set at night because we couldnt hear a thing

Good location, spacious Anna very accomodating property manager.

Pros: The property manager, Judy, was extremely helpful in doing a load of washing for our family as there was no washing machine nor tumble dryer. The property is in a good location for the drive to the airport.

Cons: The pool was unfenced which made it tricky having a three year old in the family. However, Judy kindly found a lock to lock the side gate up.
