Sehr empfehlenswert für Leute, die es super sauber und direkt am Strand/Meer wollen!

Pros: Loft Charakter. Alles was man braucht ist da. Toller Blick aufs Meer aus dem Bett heraus. Aus dem Haus über die Straße und man ist am Strand!!

Cons: sehr laut da direkt an stark befahrener Straße. Aktuell wird an der Abwasserleitung neben dem Haus gebaggert. Geruchsbelästigung war zum Teil stark.
