Charming beachfront Strand apartment

Well priced and equipped and an excellent location

Pros: The location is really great - walk across the street and you're at the beach, or to travel from here to other places (e.g. Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Gordan's Bay) was easy. Do note that it can be quite a bit of traveling into Cape Town (easily an hour's drive). Parking was easy and worked well. The sea-view was great. Keys were very easy to obtain and leave behind at exit. The flat has everything you need - good size fridge, washing machine, oven/stove, plenty of cupboards, 1 double-bed and 2x single beds, towels, hairdryer. It was nice and clean. The block of flats were fairly quiet - we seldom were aware of other tenants. The Wifi was provided and it worked well, so did the TV (very easy to get all your favorite streaming apps going). The host is very responsive and sorted out issues quick and easily.

Cons: It has a single bathroom, which we knew going in, but might bite (especially if we had our other kids with us too). When we arrived we missed a couple of towels and some crockery, but the host sorted these out for us within a couple of hours. The beds aren't very comfy, but that might also be my older body :)

Pros: Beautiful apartment. And walking distance from the beach.

Cons: The shower overflows very easily if you open the water tap too wide.

Pros: Well equipped, beautiful apartment on the beachfront. Comfy beds and lovely hot shower. Heaters worked well to heat up the tiled space. Well cared for and secure apartment building.

Pros: The apartment was spotless 👌👌 the owner was in constant contact with us, our every need was catered to.

Cons: Everything was perfect, I can't complain about a thing!

Great location and amazing views

Pros: Location was amazing, private car park was secure and the apartment had everything we needed. Lots of communications before arriving and also whats apps on day of arrival and day before departure, and during our stay to make sure we were ok.

Cons: There was a slight musty smell but when we opened windows it was fine

Pros: On the beachfront, at the promenade. Good area. Safe and Secure

Pros: I'm definitely coming back soon! Home away from home

Perfect space for our 24 hour stay. Close to beach and restaurants.

Pros: Clean, spacious and close to the beach. Perfect little space.

Pros: Beautiful view, very clean and neat. Great host - good communication and assistance from Giovanni. Will definitely rebook.

Pros: The view of the sea and the quick walk to the beach are great.
