Bridgewater one luxury Apartment

Pros: Perfect location and the apartment allowed for me to do some of my own catering. The bed was luxurious and Ratanga park right outside my window.

The perfect retreat :)

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was quite clean, and the rainy weather we experienced only added to the cozy atmosphere. What truly made our stay stand out was the exceptional service from our hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even traveling to our location to sort out the WiFi when we had issues. Miss Ma'am was particularly attentive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We appreciated their dedication to making our experience as pleasant as possible. We'll definitely be back! :)

Cons: Sheets should be checked by the cleaning staff, some might need to be replaced instead of refreshed. Our stay was perfect other than this, will absolutely be back!

Meets expectations

Pros: In and out tagging system works well. However visitors cannot be tagged in or out. They must use paid parking. Overall the venue and amenities were as advertised. Very safe and secure.

Pros: The host was very helpful and communicative, the process of checking in and out was seamless.

Pros: Close to the mall and central and close to everything.max 20 min drive

Cons: The location was a bit vague. We struggled to get to the apartment initially and took us about 15 min to get to someone to help us to check in

Pros: I loved the place. I loved the home it had all the facilities as advertised. Clean, safe and close to amenities. I loved the home it had all the facilities as advertised.

Cons: I would have benefited from a human assisted check in as I had a 2 year old sleeping and so much luggage. Finding my way for self service at night was a challenge. A blender would have been great as both I and baby eat smoothies.

Pros: The privacy and environmental feedback was excellent, one of my first holidays value for money.

Cons: Although considering the outdoor lake and stunning view of the gardens and greenery, you can expect a bit of an insect life worm to develop, however I wasn't bothered by no bugs nor did anything creep inside, very happy with the stay.

Pros: Modern conveniently located with pleasant view over a park area. All modern finishes. Ideal setup for a visit

Cons: Plug sockets don’t take plugs; broken plugs for bedside lamp due to bad plug sockets. Someone else hair was in the bedsheets. I’m not sure the bedding was changed between previous visitors and myself. Parking issues with computerised disc in and out system. I had to pay for supposed free parking because of lack of any instruction. If you’re not familiar with systems it’s easy to get it wrong. Not enough comms from owner to assist out of town visitors.
