Great place, will definitely come back

Pros: Very convenient, elegant, clean and suitable and easy to find

Cons: The patio is open and overlooks the main walk way not sure about the safety element

A pleasant stay after a busy day!

Pros: We had a pleasant stay! Ameer and Seraj were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you need to be close to Canal walk shopping centre. Safe parking.

My stay was the best... I'm definitely coming back and stay more in these apartment

Pros: I did not have a breakfast at Bridgewaters, unfortunately as my flight was in early hours

Cons: I partly blame myself for not reading the email sent to me, but I expected the receptionist and security officer at the hotel (front desk) to be more informed. Instead, I was sent on a wild goose chase due to incorrect advice from the onsite reception at the Bridgewaters next to Virgin Active, who directed me to P4 parking without the key. The security then sent me back to the reception desk, and only later did I get the correct advice to collect the keys at The Residences Crystal Towers. I think the front-desk staff should be informed or coached on how to assist tenants when checking into their apartments to avoid delays.

Great stay @ Smart City Stays

Pros: The views were amazing and the check in and out process was easy, the surroundings area as well is beautiful, the room was clean and spacious enough for vacation, the area is safe for someone traveling alone. 🤗🤗It was a great stay. I would recommend this area

Cons: The communication update I think was not up to date because I was receiving messages that I still owe some money even after I had checked in, Smart City Stays still owe me some overpaid money that was paid directly to their online account, I am not receiving any communication after I had cleared what happened but they were quick to demand their money.

Pros: Great stay would recommend , also very close to my church as I stay pretty far away so that's definitely a plus aswel

Pros: Cleaning, good parking, location, very safe, close to Century mall.

Cons: WiFi stopped working on the second day.

Enjoyable stay with beautiful view.

Pros: The view was just amazing. Apartment located in secure complex with safe parking and within walking distance to Canal Walk Mall.

Cons: Only one bed lamp. Power socket located behind headboard and difficult to reach to plug in devices. Communication was very poor and response can take up to 24 hours. My last request for a late check-out was not even responded on. It should be mentioned Crystal Towers where key is collected is located within the AC Marriott Hotel. It should be mentioned the Studio is on the 1st Level and to take the ramp down when you enter the parking on the 2nd level. If not, you need to take the lift to get to where you need to be.

My weekend was splendid,I'd come there again and again

Pros: The view from the window,the breeze,the environment itself was truly inviting and immaculate,I feel refreshed and recharged.

Cons: There was no mirror in my room except the one in the bathroom and there was a few things I find in the cupboard that were probably left by the previous person to occupy the room but it was attended immidiately when I made a call.

Great stay at Bridgewater one

Pros: Beautiful flat, location veey conveniet to CananWalk shopping centre and Grand West for shows. We really enjoyed our short stay and will be back.

Cons: We had to pick up the keys at Christal Towers where the guy at re ception gave us the wrong parking garage into so we got lost.but luckily we were assisted by a very helpful gaurd.
