Pros: A beautiful home with views that exceed all expectations. Cozy, comfortable, and quiet. The house had a convenient barbecue area. We hope to come back again.

Pros: We absolutely love the location, it is the second time we have stayed here. The first time we stayed in one of the bigger rooms, so would probably request that next time.

Beautiful farmhouse style , modern amenities and finishes , quite peaceful and close to the Vines / nature.

Pros: Location is spectacular within a Vineyard and at base of a mountain range.

Cons: Ant invasion at balcony and kitchen. Cleaning services below standard

Mont Angelis was an absolute standout during our three-week trip through South Africa.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, the setting took our breath away. The views, the atmosphere, and the charm of staying on a farm in the heart of Stellenbosch made it feel truly special and unlike anywhere else we stayed. It was the kind of place where you slow down, breathe deeply, and just appreciate where you are. The accommodation itself was beautifully appointed and immaculately maintained. Everything felt thoughtful and considered, and it was clear that real care goes into the guest experience here. That small note aside, Mont Angelis was genuinely one of the highlights of our entire trip. We left already talking about coming back. Highly, highly recommended — don't hesitate to book.

Cons: The only minor thing worth mentioning — and it really is minor given the context — is that the outdoor seating area attracted quite a few ants and insects. As a working farm surrounded by nature, this is entirely understandable, and future guests might want to bring insect repellent for evenings outside. My girlfriend did pick up a few sandfly bites, so a heads-up to sensitive skin types to come prepared!

Cons: Tiny bathroom. Kitchen could be a little better equipped for those who enjoy cooking…Otherwise superb., Good idea to produce acrylic glasses for use by the pool.

Pros: We loved the view from our unit of the mountains and the unit was spacious. The parking is easily accessible and manager very kind and friendly.

Cons: The location is remote - make sure you truly want to be far off the beaten track.

Pros: We loved our stay here. The room was big and the view was so beautiful! It’s the perfect place if you are looking to disconnect since it’s very quiet. While it’s a 15 min drive to the city centre, we didn’t mind that. If you don’t want to drive the Ubers do come to the location. If we are ever in the area we would definitely stay here again.
