Pros: Superb location with views of the coast and sea, and a large living space. The kitchen is very well kitted out. The property feels safe (alarmed) and there is parking round the back. Would recommend.

Cons: Slightly limited space for relaxing outdoors - there is a braai pit but the area is mostly concrete. A plant or two would be nice to make the space more relaxing.

A cherished place, made extraordinary by its superb hostess

Pros: This has become a favorite spot, thanks to a superb hostess. The attention to detail was surprisingly good and we felt thoroughly spoilt – from the kitchen scale tucked in the cupboard, the enamel braai casserole and grid, to the Nespresso machine with pods, filter coffee and French press, and so much more! The outside area with the fire pit and braai will be such a treat in summer. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

great position/location, great bungalow

Pros: lovely comfortable bungalow with great views overlooking the ocean/bay, when weather allows. short walk to the town centre, plenty of shops and restaurants, with plenty of walks along the cliff front. although, due to bad weather, our boat trips were cancelled, we did see from the cliffs whales each day from a distance, and on our last day they were spotted originally from the big window in the living area overlooking the ocean/bay .

An amazing, relaxing home away from home provided an unforgettable stay.

Pros: The property was simply amazing. All the things a guest could wish for where there and contact with the hosts was clear and simple. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Hermanus.
